This is an Outlook object, which contains the data that are to be synchronized. An Outlook item can be an appointment, contact, meeting, task, journal entries, notes, e-mail messages, and so on. The Outlook item can be mapped to the corresponding Microsoft Dynamics NAV object for performing synchronization.
Outlook items take part in the first of the three levels of the synchronization. On this level, Outlook items are mapped to Microsoft Dynamics NAV tables. Outlook collections and Outlook collection element properties that participate in the second and third levels of synchronization are part of an Outlook item.
