Contains a default service period for the service items in the service contract.

If the Invoice after Service field contains a checkmark, the service period cannot be longer than the invoice period which you specified in the Invoice Period field of the contract header.

If the service period exceeds the invoice period, the invoice period may occur without a service falling within it and it will not be possible to invoice the customer for this period.

Note that you must fill in the Service Period field before you add service items to a contract quote.
