Specifies email messages to the customers notifying them that their service orders are finished. Each message contains a subject and body lines, the sent-to address and the sending date and time. It also has a status which tells you whether the message has been sent successfully or not.
When you update the status of a service order to Finished, and you have selected that this customer be notified by e-mail, the program automatically creates an entry in the Service E-Mail Queue table.
If you have set up a scheduled job to send e-mail messages, the program automatically sends the messages to the relevant customers. Otherwise, you can send the message manually.
