Open the 
Approval User Setup Test window.
Shows the result of a test of your user setup. The report displays the approval sequence for a specific user. The program informs you if the current user setup related to a particular user will cause errors when you request approval of records.
Fill in the fields as follows:
Options
User ID: Enter the ID for the user to be shown in the report. To see the existing users, click the field.
Sales Approval Setup: Select to test the sales approval setup.
Purchase Approval Setup: Select to test the purchase approval setup.
Request Approval Setup: Select to test the sales purchase request approval setup.
All: Select to test all approval setups.
