Open the 
Order Promising Lines window.
Calculates and accepts possible shipment and delivery dates for each item on a sales order. You can enter a date in the Planned Delivery Date field and click Calculate. You can then select either Available-to-Promise or Capable-to-Promise and the program calculates the earliest date that the item is available.
