Open the 
Archived Workflow Step Instances window.
Specifies workflow step instances that are no longer used, either because they are completed or because they were manually archived.
When the workflow step instances for a workflow are no longer used, you can manually archive them. You typically do this as preparation to delete the workflow since workflows with workflow step instances cannot be deleted. For more information, see How to: View Archived Workflow Step Instances.
