Open the 
Update Contract Prices window.
Updates prices on service contracts that need price updates. You can also use the batch job to print a test report.
When you run the batch job to update contract prices, the contract value of service items is updated as specified and relevant amounts are recalculated on the service contract and on the service items that are included. The test report shows the contract numbers, customer numbers, contract amounts, price update percentages, and any errors that occur.
Options
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
Update to Date | Enter the date up to which you want to update prices. The batch job includes contracts with next price update dates on or before this date. |
Price Update % | Enter the price update for the service item contract values in percentages. |
Action | Choose Update Contract Prices if you want the batch job to perform the price update. Choose Print Only if you only want to print a test report that is based on the selected criteria. |
